This is the 40 hour direct care training required for residential care facilities for the elderly under Title 22. It is separate from a CNA certificate and separate from medication training.
Don't have one? No worries! A CNA certification is only required for skilled nursing facility placements. If you have medication assistance experience or training, you may still qualify for roles in assisted living and memory care facilities.
